Thanks for the well wishes. I am spending some time watching DVDs that Sarah brought over. Some of the hobbies I enjoy - like beadwork, sewing and being on the computer are pretty much off limits - so the movies have at least kept my mind occupied. Having Zoe over on Friday was indeed a healing medicine, even though she was a little confused about why Mamaw had all of a sudden forgotten how to interpret her sign for "pick me up". We had to improvise on a few things - but we did okay. I am learning lessons in patience and sympathy for those with chronic pain or health conditions.
