Mona's Missive

Mona currently has three jobs of her own (meaning that she calls the shots and doesn't have to work as a designer's assistant), the most exciting being a bowling alley. Not your run-of-the-mill bowling alley either! It's on the strip at the Rio Casino and will have more of a club/martini bar type atmosphere. Read a little blurb about it in the LV newspaper: scroll down to the paragraph that begins with Pure Management Group.
Her pup Gretchin had her 11th birthday in November. Wow -- that's 77 in doggie years! Mona says, "She's still hangin' in there. I suppose she's mostly just stubborn. She will be spending her first time at a dog kennel while Todd and I are home for Christmas. So Gretchin and I are very nervous, even though the kennel is called a Pet Bed & Breakfast and seems very nice. The above photo of her cracks me up!"
She also reports that she and Todd are also doing away with their Three's Company living situation (although she's not sure who Jack is in the scenario!) and will be moving into a nearby smaller, one bedroom place January 2nd. The new place is on the first floor so poor arthritic Gretchin will be loving it! [Stay tuned for Mona's new address.]
And finally...since everyone got stumped on a particular theme song at Thanksgiving -- although Justin had the percussion down pat -- Mona did a little research on this (does she have too much free time on her hands?) and found the Night Court theme song, in case anyone was losing sleep over it...
She'll be staying with her mom and dad from the 22nd through the 29th, and is looking forward to seeing everyone!

Mona, you and I must think too much alike. Hillary was really trying to access the Night Court theme song from her memory that night - and none of us were able to help her. So as soon as I got home I found a section of it through a Google search. I called Hillary's cellphone and played it for her right away so that she would not be plagued by it as she tried to drift off to sleep. I am still not really sure if I woke her up in order to accomplish this - How Ironic Is That !?
Pet "Bed and Breakfast", huh... So do they all pile in a van and go to Applebee's for din-din, or what?
