• The fam is heading to Indianola, IA tomorrow for the wedding of John's brother this weekend.
• Andy is active in basketball this winter. He has been doing photography in his "gifted" class. He has his own website that he maintains with games and comics that he creates. Here's the URL: http://www.aizone.uni.cc/
• Shannon loves to make art. She is quite a good little drawer already. She is not currently in any sports, but she has done gymnastics and soccer recently.
• Natalie will be two on the 22nd. She is a girl who is sweet and naughty at the same time. She seems to have advanced verbal skills for her age, probably due to listening to Shannon talk non-stop.
• John still works for a place called Pearson in Lawrence, KS. They do document processing work for the federal government (agencies such as Federal Student Aid, SSA, Dept. of Labor, etc.) He will be working from home two days a week because the commute (45 min one way) is beginning to wear on him. He's helping coach Andy's basketball team.
• Lorraine is still at the EPA in Kansas City, KS. If she hits all the lights just right, her commute is 12 -13 minutes. Likes her job well enough; often the same thing over and over, but sometimes exercises her brain. The people are great -- very nerdy, though. Reading Asimov's novels lately; got through the robot series, now on the Empire series.
